1) All items are on a first paid basis.
Sometimes I reserve for sincere/repeat buyers. It is done at my own discretion.
In other cases where I am unable to keep track of interested buyers.
I ask for your understanding to abide by this T&C.
I may not have the luxury of time to inform every interested buyer that someone else is interested in the same item.
In the event where someone else have already made payment, I will refund the full amount transferred within 1 day (usually immediately if I am online.)
2) When we are negotiating a meetup session, I will not be obliged to reserve the item unless payment is in during the discussion.
A small deposit of any amount is required to reserve the item.
3) Prices mailed (normal) and with meetups are the same. unless stated otherwise.
4) Normal mails will be accompanied with photo and/or video of posting to prove that I have sent out the item.
I will not be held responsible for lost normal mails. I always take caution in ensuring that the mails are securely packaged and return address is written at the back of the envelope.

Irresponsible buyers list

rictumsempraa Arranged for a meetup and tried to cancel in the morning because she forgot to bring her wallet.
Asked me to meet her outside her school (change of meetup place) to collect $5 (or is it $10, which she borrowed from her friend).
I told her we could meet up another day as I couldn't travel to her school and back to my school in time.
Said she will get back to me, which she didn't for days.
I tried messaging her a few times after that and no replies at all.
If you wanna pass, at least have the decency to let me know.
